五輪女王の桜井つぐみ、復帰戦V
レスリング女子57キロ級

昨年のパリ五輪レスリング女子57キロ級で金メダルを獲得した桜井つぐみ（育英大助手）が、10月12日、静岡県焼津市で開催された全日本女子オープン選手権に出場しました。
桜井は3試合を圧倒的な強さで制し、五輪以来となる復帰戦を見事優勝で飾りました。
試合後、桜井は「楽しかった。五輪王者としての誇りを胸にこれからもがんばりたい」と語りました。
